Adiscon has released MonitorWare Agent 15.4a, a maintenance update for the MonitorWare Agent 15.4 line.

This update ships Service 15.4.0.577 and Client 15.4.0.1665. It updates the included OpenSSL libraries to version 3.5.9 and includes maintenance for the SMTP Listener, RELP Listener, SETP, and the Syslog Listener.

Changes

• Updated the included OpenSSL libraries to version 3.5.9.
• SMTP Listener: Limited decoded message bodies to 10 MiB and DATA reception to 60 seconds; oversized or unfinished submissions are rejected.
• RELP Listener: Bounded diagnostic handling during ultra-verbose logging to reduce the risk of service interruptions.
• SETP: Hardened message handling against malformed and deeply nested input.
• Syslog Listener: Bounded header parsing to prevent malformed messages from interrupting service availability.
