UpgradeInsurance is Adiscon’s maintenance plan for MonitorWare Agent. It provides access to new version-line upgrades while coverage is active and includes priority support handling.
What Is UpgradeInsurance?
Your MonitorWare Agent license itself is perpetual. UpgradeInsurance is a separate, time-limited maintenance service that keeps your license eligible for new version-line upgrades and provides priority handling for support requests.

Receive new MonitorWare Agent version-line upgrades released while your UpgradeInsurance coverage is active.

Priority handling does not imply a guaranteed response time.
Simple Multi-Year Pricing
UpgradeInsurance can be purchased for one to five years. Longer coverage periods provide progressively better value.

UpgradeInsurance pricing is based on the applicable product purchase price.
Keep Coverage Active
For continuous upgrade rights and priority support, UpgradeInsurance should be renewed before the current coverage period ends.
Renewal
Renew your UpgradeInsurance before the current coverage expires to maintain uninterrupted upgrade rights and priority support.
Reinstatement
If coverage has expired, UpgradeInsurance can generally be reinstated. Reinstated coverage is back-dated according to the applicable renewal rules.
If UpgradeInsurance was never purchased for a license, later activation is back-dated to the original license purchase date. If previous coverage expired, reinstatement is back-dated to the prior coverage end date.
